What types of products do you manufacture?

We manufacture rubber extrusions (such as D sections, seals, and gaskets), plastic extrusions including PVC, bespoke profiles, and custom-engineered components.

Can you produce custom designs?
Yes. We specialise in bespoke solutions and can work from drawings, samples, or concepts to develop a product that meets your exact requirements.
What materials do you work with?
We work with a wide range of materials including EPDM, Neoprene, Silicone, Nitrile (NBR), Natural Rubber, Viton (FKM), PVC, and other thermoplastics.

How does the custom manufacturing process work?

The process typically includes initial enquiry, review of drawings, material and design consultation, tooling and sampling, followed by production and quality checks.

Can you help refine a design for manufacture?

Yes. We regularly support customers in refining designs to improve performance, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.

Do you provide samples before full production?

Yes. Where required, we can provide samples or first-off parts for approval before proceeding with full production.

Orders & Lead Times

How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed via email to ensure accuracy and a clear written record. 
Orders are not accepted over the phone.
Why do you only accept orders via email?

Email orders reduce the risk of errors and ensure all technical details are clearly documented.

Do you have a minimum order value?

Yes. For stock orders, the minimum order value is £50.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

This depends on the product and process. Please contact us for guidance.

Do you charge for tooling?

Tooling costs may apply for bespoke profiles. This will be discussed and agreed during the quotation process.

What are your lead times?

Lead times vary depending on the job. Stock items are typically delivered within 2–3 working days. Bespoke or custom profiles may require additional time for tooling and sampling.

What tolerances can you work to?

Tolerances depend on the material and profile design. We will advise on achievable tolerances during the quotation stage.

Can you supply products cut to length?

Yes. We can supply extrusions in coils or cut to specific lengths depending on your requirements.

Where do you ship to?

We primarily ship across the UK, with international shipping available on request.

Orders & Changes

Can I amend or cancel an order?

Dimensions and lengths cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

Requests to increase quantities may be possible, but this will need to be confirmed with the sales office depending on the stage of production.
