How much does it cost?
Delivery is based on weight and is calculated as follows:
- If the order is below 1kg in weight and not too large, it will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post at £5.00
- For orders between 1 and 30kg that consist of only one parcel, it will be sent by Parcelforce at £11.50
- For orders between 1 and 30kg that consist of more than one parcel, it will be sent by Tuffnells at £11.50.
- For orders weighing over 30kg, carriage cost will be £11.50 for the first 30kg + £2.50 per 10kg or part thereof and will be sent by Tuffnells
Overseas delivery may be arranged by prior agreement and notice of an appropriate delivery charge upon which you agree to before the order is processed.
Please note that we do not deduct VAT for any orders to the Channel Islands.
Certain low cost items will be dispatched via Royal Mail and delivery charges will be reduced accordingly for reasons of viability. These orders can take up to 5 working days for delivery. Method of delivery will be e-mailed to you on dispatch.
How long does it take?
We will despatch the goods as soon as possible after we receive your order, usually within a day. If the goods are not in stock, we will advise you of a lead time. Our standard delivery charge does not provide for next day delivery, however every effort is made by ourselves & our couriers to achieve this.
Please note that Crofwoods relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to “keep to our word” there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service they promise. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.

Free Carriage
Orders with goods totalling over £1000 net will be delivered carriage free. Please note free carriage only applies within the UK.
