Staff need to give first aid training to dummy during training course.

During 3 day training, we saw staff getting involved and hands on with first aid and team building skills. The course leader made the 3 days fun and informative by giving the team real life scenarios to solve. With all staff passing the course and getting a Level 3 Award in First Aid at work, we highly recommend healthandsafetymatters.co.uk for the quality of information we have learned, while also making it fun and keeping our staff engaged.

Luckily this hasn’t been needed since so we are yet to put their training into action, but we are confident that all the team here at Ley are in good hands and are well looked after!
